It's pretty sad that Sea World sits surrounded by salt water and yet, the orcas are kept in tiny tanks and alone. They can't even socialize. The parking lot is far bigger than these pools. I thought they would take better care of their main attraction. I didn't know this until we went on a tower ride that showed the scope of the park. Disney has really spoiled us. I'm pretty much disappointed by all zoos, fairs, and Sea World type parks because I know it could be so much better.
I have to say I was impressed with the gorilla habitat in the Atlanta Zoo. They have a lot of space. I had forgotten about that. But the tiger "cage" there was bordering on abuse. It only took him a couple of seconds to pace from one side to the other. Made me cringe. Of course, he's a Sumatran tiger and if he wasn't at the zoo he would probably be dead.

Jonathan is with your Mom. After reading about the size of the tanks for the Orcas, he will not go to Sea World.
