My mom and I actually saw the lead Blue Angel land at Boeing Field. We were on I-5 headed to my science camp. You can see the airstrip from the freeway. Later that week we went with some friends to The Museum of Flight to watch the Blue Angels take off. Once they take off they do most of their show on the other side of a hill, but it was still cool to watch the take off and the few maneuvers they did over downtown.

I was once sitting in a Moe's restaurant eating a burrito when in walked the Blue Angels team. I looked up their schedule on my phone but could not find any reason for them to be in a Moe's in southeastern Alabama. Never did figure it out but I did see their pictures on their website so I know it was really them. Very spiffy uniforms!
