Gabe Update

We got some test results back today. 

Gabe is anemic, probably due to his semi-vegetarian preferences. He simply doesn't like the texture or taste of most meat. Gabe and his mom have not discussed the moral or ecological issues of eating meat. He will take an iron supplement.

His scores from the language and motor skill development came back within normal range. 

Five Year Check-up

I had my 5 year check-up. I'm normal height, overweight, and still have a heart murmur, but other than that everything is good. Mom got the whole "a lot of kids can read when they go to kindergarten" talk.  As if she didn't have enough to worry about. So, we'll be working on that for the next few months.
